Excessive vibration in industrial centrifuges not only reduces efficiency but also shortens equipment lifespan. Here’s a 3-step quick troubleshooting method: 

  1. Basic Inspection: Check if the equipment’s anchor bolts are loose and the ground is level. If loose, tighten to the standard torque (usually 150N·m) with a torque wrench.

  2.  Material Inspection: Ensure uniform feeding. If material unbalance occurs, adjust the feed valve to maintain stable flow and control solid content fluctuation within ±5%.

  3. Component Inspection: Open the machine cover to check for foreign objects jamming the drum and bearing wear. If the bearing overheats or makes abnormal noises, replace it with the same model immediately. 90% of vibration issues can be resolved through these steps.
