Food raw materials including fresh egg liquid, plant extract liquid and fermented broth contain a variety of tiny impurities such as fine solid residues, denatured colloids and fiber fragments. If these micro impurities are not removed thoroughly, they will cause liquid turbidity, affect product stability, and greatly shorten the service life of downstream concentration and filtration equipment. Traditional manual filtration and natural sedimentation require long standing time, large workshop space and frequent manual operation, which cannot adapt to large-scale and continuous industrial production.

High-speed centrifugal separation technology has become an ideal pretreatment solution for food liquid processing. The disc stack centrifuge generates strong centrifugal force through high-speed rotation, rapidly separating high-density solid impurities from low-density liquid materials.
