Ultrafiltration membrane systems for dairy processing provide efficient protein recovery, milk concentration, and whey purification solutions. Our customized UF membrane equipment helps manufacturers produce WPC, WPI, and high-value dairy ingredients with lower energy consumption and higher product quality.
Milk processing production lines increasingly rely on advanced centrifuge separation and membrane filtration technologies to achieve efficient clarification, protein concentration, and water removal. By integrating disc stack centrifuges, decanter centrifuges, ultrafiltration (UF), and reverse osmosis (RO) systems, modern dairy plants can significantly improve product quality, reduce energy consumption, and enhance process stability compared with traditional thermal evaporation methods. This integrated approach is widely applied in milk powder production, whey protein recovery, cheese manufacturing, and high-protein dairy product processing, supporting a more efficient and sustainable dairy industry.
With the increasing demand of consumers for the quality of juice beverages, membrane separation technology has become a research focus in the field of juice clarification. This paper first points out the problems existing in the traditional juice clarification process and conventional methods, then introduces the working principle of membrane separation technology and its application effect in juice clarification, and takes a well-known juice enterprise as an example to verify its practical value. In addition, the advantages of membrane separation technology such as high efficiency, environmental protection and energy saving are analyzed, which conforms to the concept of green production. Finally, it is pointed out that membrane separation technology has broad development prospects in the juice beverage industry, which is expected to promote the technological upgrading of the industry and provide consumers with higher quality juice products.
