With the continuous expansion of global demand for edible vegetable oil including soybean oil, rapeseed oil, sunflower oil and palm oil, food processing enterprises have raised stricter standards for oil transparency, acid value control, oxidation resistance and raw material utilization rate. The standard complete process flow of disc centrifuge in vegetable oil refining includes crude oil preheating and mixing, constant-pressure feeding, high-speed three-phase centrifugal stratification, continuous light oil output, heavy water phase discharge, automatic solid slag discharge, and regular CIP online cleaning. Pretreated mixed oil raw liquid is stably delivered into the centrifuge bowl through a sealed feed pump. Under stable centrifugal force grading, qualified light refined oil flows out from the central outlet to enter decolorization and deodorization procedures; wastewater and soapstock are discharged through the heavy phase pipeline for by-product recovery; accumulated solid colloidal impurities are automatically discharged via timing slag discharge structure without machine halt. After daily production ends, the intelligent control system triggers full pipeline and bowl CIP cleaning to remove residual oil and gum dirt, restore separation precision and guarantee stable production of next batch.
