Advantages and Application of Tubular Ultrafiltration Membrane Industrial Wastewater Treatment Equipment

Our factory independently manufactured a skid-mounted tubular ultrafiltration membrane wastewater treatment unit. The whole machine is integrated with stainless steel frame, large-flow circulating pump, tubular membrane elements, anti-corrosion pipelines and automatic control instruments. The actual shot of the equipment is shown in the picture. Wastewater is sent into the tubular membrane by a high-pressure pump for high-speed cross-flow circulation. Clean water penetrates the membrane wall for collection and reuse, while pollutants such as sludge, colloid and oil dirt are intercepted and concentrated to efficiently complete solid-liquid separation.

Compared with hollow fiber and spiral-wound membranes, tubular membranes have wide flow channels and are not easy to block, suitable for working conditions of high-turbidity and high-impurity complex wastewater.

I. Core Treatment Advantages

  1. Strong anti-clogging performance: It can directly treat wastewater containing fibers, oil sludge and high suspended solids, greatly simplifying the pre-treatment process at the front end;

  2. Stable water output & easy cleaning: High-speed water flow continuously scours the membrane surface to slow down pollution. Online automatic acid and alkali cleaning is supported, and the service life of membrane elements can reach 3-5 years;

  3. Reachable standard effluent for reuse: The turbidity of produced water is extremely low, almost all suspended solids are intercepted. The treated clean water can be recycled as workshop circulating water, reducing enterprises' water intake and sewage discharge costs;

  4. Fully automatic skid-mounted design: The whole machine is fully assembled before delivery, only pipeline connection is needed on site for commissioning. Equipped with PLC automatic operation, daily manual maintenance workload is low.

II. Applicable Wastewater Industries

Printing and dyeing wastewater, food processing wastewater, chemical emulsified oil wastewater, landfill leachate, advanced treatment of reclaimed water after biochemical treatment in industrial parks.

III. Basic Process Flow

Raw water regulation → Pre-filtration → Circulating pump pressurization → Tubular ultrafiltration membrane system

  • Produced water: Stored for reuse or discharged up to standard

  • Concentrated water: Circulated and concentrated, sludge discharged regularly

  • Cleaning: Automatic chemical cleaning when flux declines to restore filtration performance
