Long-term operation of ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, reverse osmosis and tubular membrane systems inevitably leads to membrane surface fouling caused by organic colloids, protein deposition, pigment adsorption and inorganic scaling, resulting in decreased water flux, increased operating pressure and unstable separation efficiency. Regular manual disassembly and cleaning have low efficiency and risk of membrane damage. The online CIP cleaning technology adopts proportional chemical dosing and circulating cleaning to rapidly remove organic dirt and inorganic scale under closed conditions. It effectively restores membrane permeability and stable flux, extends membrane service life, and ensures continuous and stable operation of industrial membrane separation systems.
