With the continuous improvement of consumers' requirements for the purity, taste and stability of juice beverages, the application of centrifuges in the field of juice beverage processing has attracted increasing attention in the industry. This paper first points out the key role of solid-liquid separation in juice processing and the defects of traditional separation methods, then introduces the working principle of centrifuges and their application in juice processing, and takes a well-known juice enterprise as an example to verify their practical application value. In addition, the advantages of centrifuges such as high separation efficiency, good separation effect and strong adaptability are analyzed, which are in line with the development concept of modern food processing. Finally, it is pointed out that centrifuges have broad application prospects in the juice beverage industry, which is expected to promote the upgrading of juice processing technology and help enterprises produce.
